Whether you’re looking to spread your payments out over time or protect yourself from winter price spikes, our options make it easier to stay in control of your fuel expenses.
Annual Budget Program
Our 12-month budget program starts in August and makes propane bills more predictable throughout the year. We will take your annual fuel usage history, predicted propane prices, and your projected fuel needs for the upcoming year and will divide that total into 12 equal monthly payments.
Instead of paying for each delivery, where you can face large winter delivery costs, your payments will be more consistent, making it easier to manage your monthly household budget.

Winter Price Cap Enrollment Is Limited
Our Winter Price Cap Program is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Program details and pricing are mailed to customers in mid-August.

Winter Price-Cap Programs
Pay-As-You-Go
Pay a small upfront fee to lock in your maximum price per gallon for the winter. Then, whenever you receive a delivery, simply pay your capped price for propane, even if market prices are higher.
Pay Up-Front
Prepay around 75% of your estimated winter propane usage to lock in an even lower capped price per gallon for the season. Our team can help you calculate how many gallons you will likely use throughout the season.
Our Price Cap Guarantee
If market conditions bring propane prices below your capped rate, you’ll automatically receive the lower price!
