Do you charge delivery fees?

No, we do not charge delivery or hazmat fees. For more information, give us a call today.

What is your delivery time?

Delivery time is up to five business days after the day you call. It may be longer in times of extreme cold or snowy conditions. If you call in for your propane, we ask that you call at 30% to make sure you don’t run out before we get there.

Do you have a new customer discount?

Yes, new customers get 30 cents off the market price of their first fill. We take great pride in offering great services at affordable pricing. Give us a call today!

Do you offer a budget program?

Yes, we offer an annual budget program. Rather than paying for deliveries as you get them, make a smaller payment each month. Budget payment is determined from average usage. Budget payments start in August.

Do you offer a winter price cap?

Yes, we have several options to help lock in a price for the winter heating season. The best part is that ours is a cap program, so if the everyday price is lower, you get the lower price.

How do you make sure I don’t run out of propane?

We put tank monitors on all of our auto-fill tanks. These monitors update us daily as to the percent of propane in the tank. This benefit is no additional charge to our autofill customers.

Is there different pricing if I want to be a Will-Call customer instead of Autofill?

Our per-gallon pricing is the same whether you are an autofill or you choose to call us for deliveries.
